This is a message to let you know everything went as expected.
  • We have been experiencing a few issues this morning which has meant that you will have been unable to login to your account for the past 20 minutes or so. This was a temporary problem which has now been resolved.

  • Everything appears to be working very nicely. As hoped this didn't cause any interruption to your service. Our pages are now much faster and we'll be blogging about this update soon.

  • We're about to push out an updated version of our default big-green theme which fixes some issues with fonts not loading in certain circumstances . This shouldn't cause any form of interruption but we wanted to keep you in the loop.

Status Bar Plugin requires jQuery

Once dropped into your website or application this jQuery plugin will display your status updates to users in a bar at the top of their screen. Learn more about how it works on our blog.

Installing The Plugin

1. Include the Javascript

Just before the closing </ body> tag, but after jQuery has been included.

<script src="//code.sorryapp.com/status-bar/2.0.latest/status-bar.min.js"></script>

2. Choose where you want the bar to appear

In order for the plugin to know where to place your status bar, and where to source your status updates from you need to include a div on your page, with a data attribute which includes your sorryapp subdomain.

<div class="sorry-status-bar" data-status-bar-for="bdb6e520"></div>
