Quiver Launcher is a launcher for static recompilation and decompilation ports
of classic games. It downloads, installs, updates and runs those ports, with a
personal library, a community catalog, tag filtering, Windows-asset support
via Wine/Proton and mod management (Thunderstore, GameBanana).
