Interactive Shell architecture

  • Disinherit shell class from IPython Interactive Shell (:ghpull:`68`). This separates jupyter_console’s ZMQTerminalInteractiveShell from IPython’s TerminalInteractiveShell and InteractiveShell classes.
  • Update SIGINT handler to not use the old interactive API shell. :ghpull:`80`
