Strata File Chooser

XDG FileChooser v4 portal test page

Chromium exposes OpenFile and SaveFile. SaveFiles requires the dedicated portal client.
Serve this page on localhost and use a portal-aware Chromium build with Strata configured as its FileChooser backend.
