of items it depends on, it yields the items in dependency order, as sets of
items that have no dependency on each other and may therefore be processed
together. A circular dependency raises rather than being silently dropped.

needs it to order the assignments it generates.}

- Release 15, not a rebuild: Fedora's fedora-obsolete-packages obsoletes
  python3-toposort < 1.10-14. A system test installing the published stack found that
  1.10-1 is below that threshold, so dnf treats it as obsoleted and
  `dnf install python3-toposort` returns 0 having installed NOTHING (neither this package
  nor the obsoleter); anything requiring it fails with "conflicting requests".
  Reproduced on a stock f45 chroot and a real f44 host, with python3-box as a control that
  installs normally. Release 15 is above the threshold, so it is not obsoleted.
- Correction to the -1 entry: "Net-new to Fedora" was wrong. The obsoletes entry exists
  because Fedora shipped this package and later retired it. No published biofedora package requires it.
- Nothing in the package changed.

- %%check runs the suite as unittest rather than pytest: upstream's test file
  calls unittest.main() at module level, so pytest's import of it exits the
  session before anything runs.
