RakuOS Shell Picker memilih desktop shell (panel/widgets/lapisan status) yang

switch mem-backup konfigurasi lama dan bisa di-rollback.

- End the session through the compositor's own quit first (hyprctl dispatch
  exit), then `uwsm stop`, then loginctl. From a systemd user service the
  picker sits outside the session scope, so loginctl was refused and a switch
  left the user on the old session with "log out yourself".
- Start the incoming shell's polkit agent (hyprpolkitagent for Caelestia and
  Ambxst) before the privileged uninstall stage, so `pkexec` has someone to
  answer it — a reload does not re-run their `exec-once`, so it was dismissed.
