In particular, we don't track very well when the name changes\nto ensure no dev_info is holding on to it anymore.\n\nInstead, don't try to look up the active port name when getting the\ndevice info. Do this as part of getting the port info, where it belongs.\n\nThe only trouble is that when the port name changes, we might not get a\ndevice update. Currently the port names don't change so this is fine.\n\nWe might also want to cache the active_port_name for a device\ndifferently and do a proper strcpy on it if the port name can change in\nthe future.
